The estate
A small estate with a short list of things done well.
Beans grown, picked and roasted a short walk from your cottage. Join the tour or just drink the cup.
Guided walks and treks start at the gate, from an easy stream walk to the Kudremukh summit.
Akki rotti, kadubu and estate-fresh curries, cooked to order. Vegetarian and Jain meals are easy.
At about 3,400 ft the air is clean and the nights are cool all year round.
Over 120 bird species, giant squirrels on the balcony and gaur on the far slope.
Bonfires, stargazing and quiet. Network is patchy and Wi-Fi is in the main areas, which most guests welcome.
Cottages
Five ways to sleep on the estate, from a verandah room to a jacuzzi deck above the treeline.
The estate
